I have to eat at a buffet what do i do now?

Ok I know how to eat at a buffet but its 11:40 am... I just made myself a big breakfast and ate it... next thing i know my mother says your uncle just invited us out at 1 to go to a buffet and eat.... now im skinny and he always makes fun of me that im so thin im a good weight though.. Im so full i cant eat anytime soon and if i dont eat he will get so insulted.... And im the type of person that if im not hungry i will not eat...thats why most of my family is overweight except me..... him and my mother will be eating like crazy and what am i supposed to do just sit there and not eat and have him get angry at me. Any tricks or advice ?thanks
 
Stop trying to please the old bugger. If ur not hungry then dont eat. Who cares if he says s.h...it. U can be angry when he gets a heart attack from all the fats and crap hes eating.
