I have to do a picture book assign. but I don't want to draw?

Its due in two days and there's 28 pages to it. Its really difficult because I'm not a good drawer. Is there like a online website where you can dress up characters and put them in a setting? That would be helpful. And anything suggestions? Anything will be nice. Thanks.
