i have to claim bankrupt, i financed a bike for an ex and he totaled it?

Ya that's pretty screwed up! What a loser! Yes give the bank the address! They will get it, auction it off and you will have to pay the difference. Also, when you file for bankruptcy, make sure your lier gets the most current credit report and file on everything. (p.s. i meant lawyer)

so yeah i financed a bike for an ex and he recently totaled it in new hamphire, with no inssurence on it cus he wasnt sapose to be driving it seeing how his license is suspended. any how so its at a tow place now. he also lossed his job so hasnt been paying on it. i have to claim bankruptcy, my only question is how will they repo a bike thats totaled in another state at a tow place. do i just give them the adress to it i dunno wat to do
ok i dont need the people with the comments that arent goin to help me. i kno about bankruptcy and i qualify. laywer is 1 grand my debt is lots more then that soo affording a lawyer and being able to pay off my debt is way different thankkks for ur imput though
