I have tiny red bumps close to the hair line. on the right side of my face. what is it?

It itches only when its dry. most of the time it doesnt itch,its not hurting or burning or nothing. its just there and it wont go away. I have used nothing new on my face or have eaten anything new or even drank anything different. its not acne....hmmm. If you do know please tell me. (Anyone have the same problem?)
