i have this weird rash type thing?

ihave this rash type thing above my right brest, near my armpit. i have no idea why its there. its like a perfect ring. It has a resdish boarder and the inside a grayish-greenish color..im goning to get it checked, but i just want ur thoughts on what it might be..it also itches..??? wierdd
 
You definitely have ringworm, but ringworm doesn't cause a gray-green color. It's possible that you also have a bacterial infection on top of the ringworm, so you should definitely see a doctor.
