i have this weird lumps on my neck and on my head?

Im 15 and here lately i have been noticing some small lumps under my skin on my neck under my chin and on the back of my head but they dont hurt but the ones under my chin itch what could but i have had the ones on the back of my head for years and they havent gotten any bigger
