I have this weird feeling in my Vagina, its like a throbbing pain when I pee. What

could it be? I just recently moved in with my boyfriend after 2 years of being with him we had sex allot but I just started feeling this throbbing pain when I go pee and it seems like I always have to go pee. It's not a UTI so I don't know what it is. There maybe a small possiblity I am pregnant but I won't know for another week.,
 
The CDC has good information about sexually transmitted diseases. Check and see if any of the descriptions match your symptoms.

I have never heard of women having throbbing pain during the first stages of pregnancy.
