I have this really sharp pain at the bottom of my left ribcage...?

and even the slightest touch doubles me over.
And my mother was rubbing my back to feel for any swelling, but I couldn't feel a single thing.
She started poking me with her nails to see if I could feel it, but I just couldn't.
Any idea what could be wrong with me?
