I have this orange gold fish but not those ugly looking kind that all look the same,...

...is he fat? when he eats it gets a tummy but now he has been floating upside down but he's not dead nor I think he's going to die. He still swims around when the other fish play with him but is it because I'm feeding it to much or do you know why he's floating upside down?
