i have the words and emotions and thoughts in my head just how do i put them in a poem ?

i really am in love with poems, and they realeave my stress from realation ships and family issues, i have all the emeotions and characters and words in my head just how do i put them down on paper and make a poem, pleaasse help i love writing poems and i rewally wanna be a poet when i get older.
