I bought this 2001 Ford Taurus from my daughters dads sister who wrote an agreement and i signed it and she signed it, The car was suppose to be paid in 4 months and i have only paid $100 on it so far...And the car had SEVERE problems with it and i have put $5,000 in it to keep it running...She said im in breach of the contract and said she will take the car back if i dont pay her what i owe on it, She signed over the title to me, I have it in my possession.. Can she take it back that easy? If we go to court, What will happen???
