...in for the same reason? I have an extended warranty that I purchased through Ford for my 04' F250 Diesel 4x4. I have had nothing but continued problems. All pretty much the same thing regarding performance and dependability issues. Long story short, The factory warranty is over and I have a detuctable of $200 everytime I bring it it for service. The service advisor says that even if they didn't fix the problem this time around and I have to bring it in again it's going to cost me $200 each time until they get it right. Scam? Anyhow i was well taken care of at my California dealership were I purchased the vehicle. Now I'm here in El Paso TX and the first time I bring it in they try to sell me service that I didn't request and new batteries that were bad.
So at this point what do I do to get my vehicle fixed without shelling out cash left and right to fix an ongoing issue that hasn't been fixed in years. My vehicle has been in the shop for more that 30 days if I'm right. Can I call Ford directly to get my vehicle fixed?
