I have stepped on a tie wire but wound is not too deep is infection of tetanus possible?

I have stepped on a tie wire but it is exposed to oxygen and it seems it doesn't have any rust.
The wound is not too deep it looks like a scratch but is tetanus possible with that?
I have medicated it with aloe vera gel and have put some alcohol in it. And I have put some betadine in it.
I have been bitten by a dog last year and I think I was injected by anti tetanus by that time is that okay?
