I'm 13 years old, I'm turning 14 this month and I'm a girl. Recently I noticed a black spot near my nipple, so I squeezed it and light-watery liquid black stuff came out. There wasn't much, just a tiny quantity. I checked my bra and it had 2-3 dark spots on where my nipple was, I'm kind of worried. I didn't have my period yet, my breast are quite small (and sore?). Also, I have this discharge that I've had for like forever, (about 3 years) and it smells sometimes musky-acid-ish. It used to be white but now it's yellow. Then my other problem is when I wipe after I take a dump, there's either nothing at all or blood. FML . Please help me I don't want to go see a doctor, any help would be appreciated!
