I have really tiny thorns stuck under my palm, what should I do?

They're barely visible and they don't hurt that much. It's red and swelled, but my friends tell me it's an allergic reaction to the plant that I fell in.

I fell in a plant and red swelling spots covered my left leg and my left palm. None of the red swelled up parts on my left leg have thorns in them, but their are a couple tiny thorns in my left palm. My grandparents, my mom, and my friends all tell me that if I just leave it in there, it'll come out eventually because dead skin will die and new skin will grow.

I'm just afraid that if I leave it in there some really bad infection may happen. Also, what if the thorns never DO come out?

And on Google, it repeatedly tells me that I need a sterilized needle, tweezers, and isopropyl alcohol to get it out. But I have a low pain tolerance and using a needle to dig under my skin sends shivers down my back.

For now, I think I'm just going to leave them in their and wait for it to come out due to their size-- their extremely small. And either put tomato paste or baking soda and water on a band-aid and sticking it on the place where the thorns are. People say that the acid in the tomato paste and baking soda and water will push the thorns out.

I'm a wimp, I can admit :( but please, help?
