I want to know first off which martial art is better for me between mma and muay thai? I like grapple and and hitting people with elbows and knees but i also want a good martial art that i could learn quickly and if i ever had to use it I would be good in it. Another question is how is the conditioning for mma and muay thai because i played football and could take their conditioning i wanted know if i could do mma or muay thai condition? I also wanted to know if it is right for me right now because i have never done martial arts or fighting before and these are full contact sports and can cause injuries so i was wondering if i should hold off and just do regular martial arts? My last question is that could i train in both mma or muay thai and regular martial arts or should i do one at a time? I know these are a lot of questions and feel free to add things in or tell me things that i didn't ask because i want to start training because i'm 15 and i want to start mma or muay thai and regular martial arts.
