I have problem with my Siemens Laptop on loading SD card?

Hi i have problem that whenever i insert my SD card in my laptop it loads for some time and then says that 'PCI Flash memory' cannot be found even after windows update My computer contains followings things:

Windows 7 Ultimate

Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pro V3505


Please help me its urgent
