...long term care home. ? He owes almost 10 thousand dollars on a credit card that I cannot pay for him out of his account ( my name is not on the card). It takes almost all his pension to pay for his stay in the care home. The little bit of money left over I use for paying light and heat bills. Can the credit card company take me to court. I worry everyday about this.
