The tutorials require me to use my smudge tool. Well from the tools menu I dont think I have one. I can't find it. I found a tutorial that shows you how to make one but it didn't work.
On the tools menu bar the 13th icon you can right click it to choose between the blur tool , sharpen tool or smudge tool.
