I have pain durring sex with burning/bleeding after...what can i do?!!!!!?

So my bf and I have been away from each other for about three weeks. While he was gone, I contracted a mild kidney infection and UTI. Both were treated for two weeks with intense antibiotics. I was also tested for a number of STD's when I went to visit my OBGYN . Any tests for std's came back neg. My DR never clarified weather I could or could not have sex, however a nurse said after completing the antibiotics I would be fine. ( I have).
Now, I get really sore while having sex...and we use AMPLE lubrication so I know that's not the problem. After sex, it often burns, and occasionally bleeds..
My bf and I usually have a very healthy sex life, and this is really interfering.I have another appointment to follow up on these issues...but im wondering if any one has any input or suggestions...
HELP!!!
 
uhh do u have like pains in your lower area? might be a ovarian cyst or fibroids... which neither are a major issue as long as you get it checked out soon so theyll know what to do. u should go to the doctor though.

I think it's a good idea that you're going to see a doctor.
However, if you and your boyfriend normally have a healthy sex life, i'm sure its nothing.
The infections might have something to do with it, but that's doubtful.
I think the reason is maybe your vagina tightened up again. After my boyfriend came back from China and we had sex, it was sore and i was bleeding too.
It just ended up as me not being used to him as much anymore.
