I feel like shit.

I just recovered from a 4 day fewer, and now i can't sleep more than a few hours a night. My mind is deteriorating and my brain feels like its liquified.

Dont know what to do, and now im getting sporadic headaches... and im workin' all day today. :thumbsdn: :thumbsdn: :thumbsdn:

Life sucks right now.

Yeah, that does blow. My suggestion...

...and lots of it.

Nightquil is a good idea. Drinking is not.

Don't try going to bed for an hour after you get off work. Might help. Also don't play games or shit right before bed. Good luck.

Agreed. And if it makes you feel any better I haven't slept with 3 women....

Not sure how the two are related but me thinks I should look into it. Hope you get yourself back together man!

If youre not ill anymore I suggest you go out and do something really hectic with your friends, then youll fall asleep like a baby (and no "cola" is allowed!)
You could go to a HC play and run around in the mosh, my bf fell asleep like a baby after that (after he had taken a shower, he was soakin wet of sweat  )

You have no idea how much of the same problem we have, I go to bed at 12 and wake up at 4, for the rest of the night. I get headaches all day, I wake up with head aches, I can't eat, I can't sleep. And now I am sick with a stuffy nose, JUST to add to my problem. I have tried nyquil, benadryl, everything. I THINK I need sleeping medicine.

I think you should get some sleeping pills. Many of my friends have had problems like this (i blame the enviroment, living in darkness 20h a day is bound to mess with your head) and sleeping pills generaly solved their problems.

But i disslike taking drugs in general, even if i think that it would help in the short run. I think exercise, and moitivation is the key. I went to a ninjutzu session yesterday and got realy tired out. And i had to work att 9 in the morning the day after. Slept like a baby.

Granted i had not slept for 2 days in a row, and i only got 5 hours of sleep. But its a step in the right direction. :happysad:

I think that if i can keep up the exercise plan, exausting myself, and then go right to bed i will have solved my problem in no time.
 (i hope)
