The N73 is the best in terms of image quality, the N80 is the best allrounder, the N91 is the best for music and the N93 is the best for video...
I think N93 is the best Nokia N-series phone because of its great operating speed !

In my opinion instead of N97 you should opt for 5800 Xpress Music as the difference between the two in features is minimal,but there is a huge difference in price tag.
N97 has got 32 Gb internal memory and has got QWERTY keyboard.Apart from this all the features are same.
N97 has got slightly bigger screen than 5800 but then the screen resolution is same, so it doesn't makes any difference.
If you are planning for a high end touchscreen phone you may also consider Samsung Omnia HD,Sony Ericsson Idou,HTC Diamond 2 or HTC Touch Pro 2 as these phones are even more powerful with better features than N97 and the Nokia's Touchscreen User Interface is not mature enough as Compared to HTC 3D Touch Flo Technology!
