I have nokia 6700, and bsnl with gprs, but when 2watch youtube video,it shows

subscribe packet data first,why? In my nokia 6700 phone,i have BSNL service(west bengal circle), & GPRS, i browse internet, but whenever i wish to watch Youtube video,it shows 'subscribe packet data first',WHY? When i have GPRS, AND I can browse internet, then why not Youtube videos, does it need any other setting or WHY,WHY,WHY? I am fadeup,PLZ,HELP ME.
