Every time I try and lose weight I automatically think about how long it will take for me to shed some pounds, I eventually get stressed out after the first week of exercise because I don't see result I and stop doing my routine altogether. Now I know when starting an exercise routine it takes about 4 weeks to see improvement...but I'm so impatient. What can I do to motivate myself to keep going? I feel like after that first week something in my brain clicks and says "you're not good enough, stop trying" ugh I need to break the habit and exercise.
