I have no motivation to exercise, any tips to get me out there?

I've been steadily losing weight for the past six months since I broke up with my boyfriend, doing things like not eating chocolate and walking to work rather than driving. I have lost most of the excess weight I put on during my relationship, but I want to get toned up and drop off that last half a stone or so.

I used to go to circuit training three times a week without any problems and I always considered myself to be an active person up until the last few years.

I've been wanting to get out and running every day, because I am currently doing a short work placement in Germany and can't get a temporary gym membership. There are some great places to run where I live.

But the problem is, I cannot seem to motivate myself at all! The closest I have gotten to actually going for a run is getting dressed in my trackies and trainers, and then I changed my mind! I can't even find the motivation to do some daily floor exercises! It's seriously doing my head in and I don't know what to do about it!

So, some tips on the following would be much appreciated:
- How to motivate myself
- Tips for beginner runners
- Any exercise-related weight loss tips that will help specifically with thighs and bum.
