I have no ballet shoes and i wont for another 2 weeks. I CAN NOT dance in

socks, and i dance 3 times a week? what do i do?????????????????????????????

Either wear a pair of old shoes, or borrow a pair.
Alternatively you can buy pairs for about £5 on the internet (dancedirect.com) if you're really desperate.
If you don't want to do any of these you'll have to dance bare feet or in jazz shoes I guess.

see if a friend has an extra or old pair of shoes.

Try half socks, role them to the middle of your foot. under your arch. You will have your heel on the floor so you wont slip. Some people use baby socks because the only go half way.
