I have my old alltel phone last time I used it was in july, had my same service?

Well had to create me a verizon account, but it still let me use my plan. Today I tried to turn to log in to verizen it same that they had NO record of my number SAME number I been having for FOUR years!!!... Do anybody no which cities still use alltel service?
