2 months ago I signed up for a dongle with Vodafone, who supply my mobile service. I have tried using it, but barely get any signal with it. I have contacted Vodafone, who advised that they can send out a new dongle, as I am out of the 7 days return policy. I advised them that the reason for this was because my lap-top had to be fixed due to a separate issue. They advised that they could send a new dongle and sim card, which I am unhappy to do, as I know that this will not work. I feel I have been mis-sold this product, as when I went to the shop, they said that the reception in my home are was strong and I would have no signal strength. They have advised that the cancellation fee is £200, which is ridiculous. Is there anything I can do to cancel this contract? Any tips or advise would be greatly appreciated.
