I have missed A LOT of school due to illness and injury, should I drop or try to finish?

My teacher says that my attendance grade is a "0" and that it will stay that way no matter what I do so the highest grade I can get now is a 75% or lower, which is passing...barely. Do I drop it and try again this summer or try to pass?
I forgot to say that this is in college.
