I just dyed my hair medium brown (L'Oreal healthy look, non-permanent)
And I don't like darker hair on me. My natural hair is JUST like Mileys before she dyed it:

Now I wanna dye it blonde, like Gwyneth Paltrows.

I need to do it at home though, so what would be the process?
Do I need to bleach it? I just dyed my hair, so should I wait? And if so, how long?
