i would suggest turning the bass boost all the way down and make sure the gain is adjusted properly. i think a kicker comp is 150rms so be careful not to blow them. rms rating on the subs and amp would be a lot more helpful.

...them or can i make it work? i need to now how they will do and how i should set my amp up to run the kickers the best without blowing them.

the kicker comp 12" are 150 watts rms each, you dont specify the true specs or which model amp you are running, if you are putting more then 400 watts rms to the subs combined, you are risking damage to the subs, set the bass boost to the off position and carefully adjust the gain, i recommend you get some comp vr subs or even a single solo baric series sub to handle that much power

Well it depends on the RMS rating which is continuous power. I have 2 kicker cvrs at 900 watts rms and 2 ohms. give me a little more information on your amp and i can help a little more.
