I have just started taking Elevit do i need to take fish oil aswell?

I am looking at trying for a baby in about 2 months and i was reading alot about there not being alot of fish oil in the tablets and was wondering what ppl's reccommendation is.. ive been told elevit is the best..

i was worried about this too.. i just decided it would be easier to swap to a prenatal vitamin that had fish oil in it

it would be a great idea to take fish oil, to help little bub, try Swisse Womans Ultivite Pregancy Fish Oil. my auntie used it, her baby's soooooo cute, they named it Anna.

any vitamins help wen it comes to babies ... tho i only take elevit and calcium tablets ask your doc about it
