if it is a newer mondeo then you will need 4 flat (no, 3) keys to remove the the radio unit. they are labelled left and right and they are inserted into the slots at the corners of the unit.it can still be a bit tricky as it is a large unit and there are 4 keys. once out ,and serial number is obtained it is normally a phone call to the dealership.
