fat & love handles? I want to loose my belly fat and love handles 
so i got a total gym shaper apparently you can do loads of different exercises on it to tone different parts of your body but everything i do on it just seems to work my arms?? It didn't come with a DVD and i cant get my speakers to work on my PC so i cant hear the videos on you tube.... Can anyone explain what i should be doing on the gym shaper to tone my problem areas, Thanks, Katie.
