...of service provider? i have htc touch dual cellphone and i have blocked my browser as i do not want to use data from service provider but i have one thing in my cellphone and that is i have modem in my cellphone means i can use my cellphone as a modem . is there any chance that i can access internet on my cellphone with the use of this modem without paying extra charge like people using there wifi and they do not have to pay because they are using things not from service provider but they can access internet wirelessly?
