I have heard nothing good about a lawyer in Kitchener named Richard Buck....

...Anyone else have bad experiences? Everyone I who knows him that I have talked to (even former clients) say he is a slime ball, have you had similar experiences?
 
Not with Richard. This OTHER slime ball lawyer. I was about 8 months pregnant when I hired him, and he volunteered to be my lawyer Pro Bono (which means for free...) and the guy made so many passes at me I was flabbergasted. 8 months pregnant, did I say that part?! I was as big as a house. I had a nuclear warhead for a stomach. He kept trying to force me to do all these radical things in court, but I just wanted it to be straightforward and normal. This made him quite angry. And he messed up with the paperwork both times that he walked in before the judge. I had to fire my Pro Bono lawyer! At which time he said I owed him $100. I never paid him. Going through the county courthouse, I've seen him a couple times, and he ignores me and that is sooooo wonderful.

A slimey lawyer, nooooo, tell me it isn't so. I thought things like that only happened in America. Oh by the way, the person that said you should tell them what state, maybe toronto as a moniker should have been a clue.
 
Never heard of him but attorneys gain their reputation built on word of mouth. Word of mouths dictates you stay far away from this loser.
