I have had so many problems with my phone and Verizon keeps replacing with

refurbished phones. What do I do? I have had three phones since October and they all stink. I can't get a new one until July 2012. What can I do? I'm sick of these problems. I have the Droid Incredible (which is anything but!) btw. The current one doesn't allow any apps to work and the plug doesn't work correctly either. So, they are going to have to send me a fourth refurbished one. Ridiculous. I'm so annoyed!
For the record, I have never ruined a phone. I'm pretty responsible with them. All of the issues have been the phone's issue, not the user. I don't have insurance on it because I am responsible with it. But now what?
I can't switch now...I'm in a contract and Verizon is the only one w good service where I live.
