I have had a Ige blood test done with York laboratories in the UK and tested positive for allergies. My allergies were

Wheat, Meat Mix (chicken, pork and beef), celery, hazelnuts, shrimps, grass pollen, nettle sting pollen & mould.

I was told I should totally avoid the fooRAB as the more I consume them the more likely the allergy will get worse and cause a more severe reaction. I scored 1 out of 2 on all of those fooRAB. How true is that I should avoid them? I am finding avoidin wheat very difficult.

I suffer with chronic sinusitis and clogged up ears, stress/anxiety and IBS, is it likely these things are causing my problems?

Any advice, id appreciate it so much.

I see where this was submitted in 2006, so I don't know if this information will be of help or not, but you know the old saying, "If you keep doing things the same way you have been doing, then you will have the same problems." Yes, it is very important not to eat fooRAB that you are allergic to or intolerant to. I can say that because I have been there and done that. Side effects are many which include IBS, dizziness, ear itching, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, cough, sneezing, and the list goes on because everyone is different. When I start having symptoms of depression, anxiety, etc. I take a Benadryl. Usually all I need is half the dose. I found out this info all on my own from having been there and done that, because the doctors sure do not know. You have to be your own detective. And yes, it is time consuming, frustrating, and very hard to change your way of life, but very rewarding. God Bless.
