I have had a headache for a week, appetite change and epileptic auras?

I think it's a tension headache but idk for sure. How can I get rid of this headache? Pain pills don't really help and I don't want to rely on them.

Also I've been having epileptic auras for about 2 weeks, could they be related or just a coincidence?

Also I have lost interest in food, like I get hungry but I just don't want to eat (I've been making myself eat though)
