...90cc bike.do i need L plates? i want to carry my wife as a pillion passenger, and i want to know the quickest way to obtain a FULL bike license.thanks
 
Yes you will need to go through the whole routine, from L plates and P plates, before you can ride a bike above 250cc, and carry a pillion.
 
you can do intensive courses, they are pretty expensive but you can get your licence in about a week, if you have motor cycles on your car licence, then i believe you can ride a 90cc scooter on that but don't quote me on it
