I have gastritis and I'm going to Olive Garden... what can I eat from there?

If you don't know what gastritis is well I'll just say that I can't eat:

Bread (flour)
Pastas
Spicy foods
Acidic foods
Marinated foods
Greasy foods
Alcohol
Or any foods with many spices

So, what can I order that won't kill me? xP
