I'm 30 years old and I'm 5'5, i wanted to lose my last 10 pounds so I started going to the gym weighing 135 one month ago. I have been going to the gym 6 times a week for about 1 to 2 hours a day and i have gained 4 pounds. My diet is good, i cheat twice a week but other than that i eat fairly healthy, my clothes still fit the same and some jeans are a little tighter. My question is why have I yet to lose the weight. I dont feel thinner at all. What can i do to lose the last 10 pounds.
