I have forgotten my phone security password to my LG Prada phone?

When i turn on my LG prada phone with my SIM in, it comes up with phone locked, enter secruity pin.. its a 4 digit code which i made up and i have forgotten it. Is there any way i can unlock the phone so i can use it again?
