I have extremely high metabolism, dont work out, and eat terribly. If I begin

working out will I get a 6pack?!? I think I managed to get the whole thing in there. Let me reiterate.

I eat almost only bad food.. Occasionally fruit and all that stuff but for the most part hamburgers, pizza, etc. I don't gain weight I assume because my metabolism uses up these calories?!

So, by not changing my eating habits and beginning to do intense exercise(situps/pushups/run until my muscles can no longer function), will the results be visible?

I'm a skinny man(6'2 155) and would like to have visible muscle.. but am fairly sure gaining weight is not possible for me. I eat a ridiculous amount of food every day and don't gain weight.

Settle my confusion friends. Thank you!
