...make more money? I had work at a retail business for two years and it seem like i am not moving to the next level. How can explain to the managers that i want to move to the next level of my career?
 
i worked in retail for 9 years
then became a supervisor
you should tell your boss that you have what it takes to move up and ask him or she for a chance
 
I agree with the last person. Just say something along the lines of "I love this company and business and it has been a great experience, but I feel I am ready to move up a position if they opportunity is available for me here."

Try and make it sound like you want the chance, not if they don't do it you will leave or whatever.
