install directly onto cement? I was told to put the glue on the tongue then click into place piece by piece. Also, I do not want to use quarter rounds..just the baseboards that are 1/2" thick. I do not know how far to lay the underlayment to the wall. Also, I do not know what to put in between the baseboards and wood flooring...caulking, or glue, or nothing?
