I have downloaded WAMP server for PHP. What is the default Username and Password to

connect to the database.? If I need to change the username and password, how should I do it?

Try

USERNAME: root
PASSWORD: leave blank.

or

USERNAME: root
PASSWORD: root

And you can change the password using MySQL Instance Config or MSSQL Configuration Manager
