D Dawn New member Mar 25, 2010 #1 its an internal card, Dell Wireless 1397 WLAN mini card. I am using windows 7, cannot reset wireless adaptor. I tried command prompt ipconfig/release and renew and it says cannot perform operation because media is disconnected. help me please
