I have Corsa 1.7 03. When i turn the ignition off, the clock stays lit and

the stereo makes sound.? oh, i can actually hear the radio, without the head unit! what is going on?? when i take the main big square block of cable out the back, the sound stops and the clock goes back to normal. any suggestions? my battery is getting drained!! thanks
 
If it is the standard Vauxhall radio then you have a problem with the set.
If it is a replacement aftermarket unit then it is possibly wired up wrong (the yellow and the red wires probably need changing round)
 
It's most likely that the radio is faulty - they contain circuitry to allow them to run either off the switched live ignition feed or the battery feed simultaneously - problems with the radio can cause the symptoms you describe.
