...doesn't budge. What Gives??r? I a have Chrysler Concorde (2000?), I took off all the lug nuts to change the tire, gave it several jarring kicks, even tried cleaning around the wheel drum with brake cleaner and it still doesn't budge. What Gives? Is there some special tool I need to put on my spare tire? What do they expect a person to do if they were stuck in a place without a dealer or special automotive store that requires this tool?

Yes, I jacked up the car. It's on solidly enough that even a sledge hammer wouldn't budge it. It appears there is some kind of lock washer behind the rim holding it on the bolt. What Gives? Is there some special tool I need to put on my spare tire? What do they expect a person to do if they were stuck in a place without a dealer or special automotive store that requires this tool?
It appears there is some kind of lock washer behind the rim holding it on the bolt. There are three of the five that appear to have this configuration.
